Hot Real Estate Investing Tip: DON'T DO WHAT I DID!

It's about time someone came up with a clever way to enter the arena of real estate investing. With so many people out of work across the nation, there are far more of us than ever before who are looking for a legitimate and feasible way to produce a steady and dependable income stream; one that will replace what was lost, and maybe for the first time allow us to finally realize our dream of working a home-based business doing something we truly love.

Imagine escaping the commute, the office politics and the all-to-common frustration that runs rampant throughout the workplace. Imagine the freedom and sense of accomplishment that would be ours from finally finding our niche and being our own boss, working when we want.

The major obstacle of course, has always been sifting through the endless maze of business opportunities that abound... you know, the ones that promise to provide an escape from, and a solution to all of our money worries... those online business opportunities that are found so readily on the internet. There seems to be no shortage of something for everyone.

All we need to do is invest more money than we think is wise, just to try something new, only to discover too late, that it was not what we envisioned, or were led to believe that it was. Then try and get a refund. Good luck with that!

There's nothing worse than experiencing the sheer desperation and anxiety that comes from losing one's job and sometimes self-esteem, only to discover that our well-meaning intentions of breaking free from the corporate world is turning out to be nothing more than having one dream after another quickly vanish as it turns to dust.

The disappointment sets in and we go from one online business to another. We desperately search for just the right opportunity that fits our style and our needs... the one that will finally set us free. Why dose it have to be so hard to make a living online? It shouldn't be that way.

Real Estate to the rescue? Maybe. At least my latest discovery seems to have the right angle: The try-it-before-you-buy-it approach should be the motto. It's a great idea, and no one else seems to have picked up on such a clever, practical and affordable approach.

And of course the whole idea here is to make a great income with a home-based business, and learn from those who have gone before us and actually done it. In other words... we need a mentor which the opportunity I'm talking about here provides. Not a bad idea. More online business opportunities should follow this cue. Ok, so what if it turns out to be a good fit for you? How much will it cost after those 2 weeks is up, you might ask?

How does $19.95 a month sound for as long as you want to continue? Keep going if you see "light at the end of the tunnel", or simply pack it in and quit anytime if it's not bringing you the results or the satisfaction you're looking for.

Seems reasonable enough, especially after what some of those other gurus charge for programs with questionable value and content. And remember, you'll be learning from those who have already succeeded with these real estate methods.

I'll tell you something... this isn't what you think it is either. It's not about flipping properties or buying foreclosures or discounted notes, or any of what those late-night, TV-infomercial guys are talking about, I'm sure.

I've never seen this on TV or heard of this anywhere else. And yet the claim is that the rich are doing it all the time. Might be something to this.

I used to be a real estate investing junkie. I wasted more time and money, and had my hopes dashed over and over again on programs and plans that I had no business trying. I'm sure it wasn't my fault. It's just the darn "sales pitch" sounded so good at the time.

I'm kidding! Of course it was my fault. I freely admit that I fell victim to those great copywriters who did such a wonderful job of convincing me, along with thousands of others! They're just doing their job, right?

Anyway, here is one solution to the 9-5 grind that I think could work for anyone who is seriously searching for a viable "exit-strategy" from the public workforce. You may find this to be not only enticing, but actually very affordable, do-able, and more importantly... PROFITABLE!

I mean... what are you risking? $2.95 for a plan that just might work for you. Personally, I think that for less than the cost of a latte at Starbuck's, it might be worth considering.
